User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on sin77, you must at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership;
• Be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as listed on the Platform;
• Be the sole beneficial owner of all funds deposited into your Account;
• Not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of sin77 or any of its game provider partners;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that prohibits you from gambling.

sin77 reserves the right to require documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or termination.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on sin77. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID);
• Valid email address and mobile phone number;
• Date of birth;
• Bank account details or e-wallet information for withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. sin77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to safeguard your login information. You must notify sin77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

sin77 is required to verify the identity and age of all Members before processing any withdrawal request. The KYC process requires you to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or Indonesian Passport;
• A proof of address document (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement) dated within 90 days, showing your name and Indonesian residential address;
• Where applicable, a copy of the bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot corresponding to the payment method used for deposits.

KYC verification is typically completed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during operational hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Documents submitted outside these hours are processed on the next business day.

sin77 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time, including during enhanced due diligence reviews. Refusal to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request will result in Account suspension, and any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold pending resolution.

All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or our gaming licence obligations.

All deposits on sin77 are accepted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully verified Members. Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly in most cases; bank transfer deposits may take up to 10 minutes during peak processing hours.

sin77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from a third-party account may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to verified bank accounts or e-wallets only. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request is approved:

• KYC verification must be fully completed (see Clause 4);
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method in your own name that has previously been used to deposit, where applicable;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied (see Clause 7);
• No open investigation, chargeback, or security review is active on the Account.

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified Members are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. During high-volume periods — including Indonesian national holidays such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek) — processing times may extend to 30–60 minutes.

sin77 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of enhanced due diligence checks. In such cases, the Member will be notified by email or in-app message within 24 hours of the delay.

Withdrawal limits: Standard verified Members have a daily withdrawal limit of Rp 100.000.000. VIP Members at Gold tier and above benefit from higher or unlimited withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP Programme terms.

sin77 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirement: The default wagering requirement for any bonus is 5x (five times) the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 500.000 in qualifying wagers before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
2. Game Contribution Rates: Slot games and most crash games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger) contribute 10%. Sports betting wagers contribute 100% for settled bets with odds of at least 1.50 per selection. Togel bets contribute 100%. Table games in RNG format contribute 20%. Zero-contribution games are listed in the individual promotion terms.
3. Validity Period: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Uncompleted bonus funds expire at the end of this period and are forfeited.
4. Maximum Bet Rule: While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum single bet or wager amount is Rp 200.000. Bets exceeding this limit while a wagering requirement is active will be voided, and the winnings may be confiscated.
5. Abuse Prevention: Bonus abuse, including but not limited to chip-dumping, matched betting using bonus funds, placing simultaneous opposing bets to guarantee a bonus-funded outcome, or exploiting technical errors, is strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and balances forfeited.
6. One Bonus at a Time: Only one promotional bonus may be active per Account at any time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion's specific terms.

All bets and wagers placed on sin77 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting event, as published on the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• A bet is confirmed only once the Platform has issued a bet confirmation receipt. Bets that have not received a confirmation receipt are not valid.
• In the event of a technical error affecting game outcome or bet settlement, sin77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to the Member's Account balance.
• For sports betting: matches abandoned before completion are settled according to the specific market rules published on the Platform. Where no specific rule exists, the bet is voided and the stake is returned.
• Mix parlay (mix parlay, multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the wager to pay out. A single void selection reduces the parlay by one leg and recalculates the odds accordingly.
• sin77 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including for Members identified as professional or sharp bettors, without obligation to provide a reason.
• All game outcomes in RNG products are generated by certified Random Number Generator software. Results are final once confirmed by the game system.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Opening or operating more than one Account (whether in your own name or using a third party's identity);
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities using the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Chargebacks or disputes filed with payment providers in bad faith;
• Accessing sin77 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or similar circumvention technology;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other Members.

All content on sin77 — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, text, software, game graphics, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of sin77 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from any sin77 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of sin77's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sin77 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or data arising from your use of the Platform;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond sin77's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages and third-party service provider failures;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for decision-making purposes;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, sin77's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sin77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes is used solely for Account management, payment verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance. sin77 does not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

sin77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. Every Member's Account dashboard includes access to the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts and session cut-offs at defined intervals;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (1–7 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term exclusion of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure.

By sin77: sin77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where the Member has breached any provision of these Terms, is suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity, or where required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order. In cases of confirmed breach, any balance remaining in the Account — including real-money funds held pending investigation — may be forfeited.

By the Member: You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with Clause 6, provided KYC verification is complete. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions, and any accrued rights or obligations, survive termination of the Agreement.

sin77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via email or prominent in-platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Non-material corrections (including typographical fixes, clarifications, and formatting changes) may be made without prior notice.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at sin77.cam/terms-conditions, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to sin77's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits sin77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Indonesian Members retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rights afforded by applicable Indonesian law that cannot be contractually waived.
